As a member of the Strategy and Innovation team at Deloitte in the Evolving Workforce, Anjali Sinha (An - je - lee), enables Talent leadership in making informed decisions to differentiate Deloitte in the talent marketplace. Anjali is also responsible for Deloitte’s Encore Initiative which helps returning professionals chart their career re-entry journey in client service. And finally, Anjali manages a unique Career Launch program at The Ohio State University, targeted at exceptional students from diverse backgrounds. The program introduces students to workplace skill building to create a natural path to a career in professional services.
In her other role at Deloitte, Anjali serves internal clients nationally, to redefine their approach to the evolving workforce and work of the future. She is focused on appraising new tools and solutions that supplement Deloitte’s approach to engage and acquire talent while also findings solutions to stay connected with our alumni.
Previous to this, Anjali was focused on leading the recruiting efforts for the Tax function nationally (India) and prior to that she created and implemented a new approach to campus recruiting for Deloitte Consulting (India). Anjali has spent over 16 years focused on supporting clients across advisory, technology, and ITES consulting services as a trusted talent business advisor. She has experience in managing clients across the globe, handling employee life cycle issues in the United States, Canada, India, Mexico, and United Kingdom while being responsible for over 1500+ practitioners.
