Three one-day workshops, executive coaching and access to employees and experts from Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. Twenty places were available in the 2012 inaugural class. At that time, individuals who have taken a career break of three years or more to care for family members are eligible.
The 2016 Programme, which piloted in Charlotte, NC in 2016, includes a one-day Conference for 60 participants, two full-day workshops for 30 of those participants, and a 10-week pilot internship with BofA Merrill for small number of successful candidates. Eligible applicants must have been out of the workforce for one year or more.
