Why partner with iRelaunch?

Pioneers, thought leaders and change agents in the global career reentry space

We are the pioneering company in the career reentry space and have been working on career reentry programs for nearly 20 years...

...even before iRelaunch was officially founded as a company. We have worked with employers and relaunchers through two recessions and in every conceivable return to work scenario. Over 250 clients have engaged us across our consulting, conference and events businesses. Some are tiptoeing in and trying a one-time offering to learn about the relauncher talent pool. Others run mature programs and are looking for ongoing recruiting support and advice on expansion. Our intensive, repeat relationships are through our partnerships with a core group of over 80 leading organizations.

We are in the unique position of being able to work closely with three important constituencies:

Icon partner sponsor

Employers

looking to hire qualified relaunchers

Icon crowd

Relaunchers

looking to return to rewarding careers

diploma

Colleges and universities

looking to connect their relaunching
alumni with top tools, resources
and employment opportunities

Bring together people for meeting of the minds

We convene our employer community regularly to discuss innovations and best practices in career reentry programming. Over the last five years, we brought our employer community together multiple times both in person and virtually. Each time, these gatherings have attracted more and more employers. After our plans for a 2020 Employer Summit were canceled due to Covid, we decided to hold our Employer Summit virtually moving forward. The Employer Summit is a private, closed event exclusively for employers that: a) are contemplating a future return to work program, b) have piloted a program and are early in the process of building one, and c) run later stage, more mature programs that are expanding globally and are constantly looking to improve.

We have produced or presented in over 1,000 career reentry events since inception. Our flagship event, the iRelaunch Return to Work Conference, has run 32 times since 2008 and drawn over 13,000 attendees. Our recent Return to Work Conferences had 1,000 - 1,500 relaunchers registered and 18-21 employer sponsors there to recruit them. Because our conference is now virtual, relaunchers located anywhere in the US can attend and employers recruiting anywhere in the US can participate.  We are running separate events for our employers and relaunchers in India, UK, Europe and other global locations as our reach has expanded around the world.

Around the world globe sphere network

We work directly with relaunchers worldwide. Through our global consulting, training and talent search practices with employers developing and expanding career reentry programs, we have the privilege of working with relaunchers around the world. We find relauncher experiences to be remarkably similar regardless of  geographic location.
