Nina Eigerman has over 20 years of experience building and motivating high performance teams. She has mentored countless colleagues and friends through job transitions and work family balance issues.
She is currently VP of Alliances and Business Development at Bullhorn, where her team recruits and manages the ecosystem of technology and services providers that complement Bullhorn's CRM product suite. Prior to Bullhorn, Nina was Managing Director at G2 Capital Advisors. At G2, she advised middle market business services firms on mergers and acquisitions as well as capital structure.
Nina started her career as a consultant with McKinsey and Company in Boston. Over the course of seven years at McKinsey, she became a leader of the North American Sales Force and Channel Management Practice, bringing customer-centric strategies to both retailers and manufacturers. After McKinsey she held a variety of leadership roles including serving as President of Aquent Solutions, providing outsourcing, consulting, training, and project based services for marketing intensive industries.
