Brett is a Vice President in the Moody’s People Team where he is responsible for Early Careers and Programs Talent Attraction. In this role, he leads the strategic direction and oversees the delivery of programs to attract and recruit students and recent graduates into the global organization. Brett also manages targeted recruitment programs at the mid-career level including RE-IGNITE, Moody’s initiative to hire and support individuals returning from a career break.
Prior to his current role, Brett led Campus Recruitment at Moody’s in both the US and EMEA. Before joining Talent Attraction, Brett was a manager in the Events & Outreach Team at Moody’s Analytics where he was responsible for the events programming for MIS research clients in the US.
Brett is a Steering Committee member of the US Pride Business Resource Group (BRG), and previously served as a Co-Chair, as well as represented Moody’s on the Board of Directors of OPEN Finance, a non-profit business league of over 40 US-headquartered financial institutions’ LGBTQ+ employee resource groups.
He earned his BFA from the Conservatory of Fine Arts at Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri.

Leah Harbour is Vice President of Operations Recruiting and Experience Hire Programs. Leah started recruiting immediately following graduating from Brigham Young University - Idaho with a degree in Organizational Communicate & Advocacy. After joining Goldman Sachs in Salt Lake City as an Analyst in 2020, Leah was promoted to Vice President in 2023. Leah is deeply committed to supporting teams, nurturing emerging talent, and championing new approaches that drive both individual and organizational success. Arun Gupta, CEO of NobleReach (a nonprofit foundation that bridges the game between government, academia, and industry), a venture capitalist, lecturer at Stanford University, and adjunct entrepreneurship professor/senior advisor at Georgetown University, and bestselling author of Venture Meets Mission. Arun is active in the emerging technology, entrepreneurship, public policy, and venture finance communities. As a partner at Columbia Capital, Arun's investment career spanned eighteen years, including initiating the firm's cybersecurity and government technology investments with a focus on national security, AI, and SaaS/cloud infrastructure sectors. He was awarded Georgetown University’s Entrepreneurial Faculty Teaching Excellence Award and the Peter W. Gonzalez Jr. Award for faculty teaching. Elisa Joseph Anders is a marketing and strategy professional with over 30 years of experience across the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. She specializes in growing the value of member, customer, and donor bases through strategic marketing planning and implementation. She relaunched her career in 2013 and went on to spend 12 years at a direct marketing agency serving associations, where she developed integrated marketing strategies and led account teams to drive membership and revenue growth.

Elisa has held many volunteer leadership roles with nonprofit and community organizations. She currently serves on the board of Impact100 DC, a women’s philanthropic community that collectively funds high-impact grants for nonprofit organizations in the Washington, DC metro area.

Evan J Kopelson is a dual-practice attorney: As a trial lawyer for the Eviction Defense Network, Evan J represents tenants in Los Angeles facing high stakes eviction cases, handling over 200 cases to date. As Trademark & Copyright Counsel at boutique intellectual property law firm Connors & Associates, Evan J advises clients on USPTO trademark applications, renewals, office action responses, brand strategy, and clearance issues across industries.

Before returning to law practice, Evan J spent over a decade in entertainment as both a creator and production executive. Highlights include co-writing the Billboard-charting song “Where Do We Go From Here” for the film Eraser (produced by David Foster, performed by Vanessa Williams), and earning two BMI Pop Awards. Earlier in his career, Evan spent four years as a business affairs lawyer at Capitol Records. Evan is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania and Loyola Law School.

Jennifer Calara is a financial advisor, insurance professional, and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in financial services and insurance. She is the owner of The Calara Agency, where she specializes in helping individuals, families, and business owners build financial security through tailored strategies in insurance, retirement planning, and wealth management.

Jennifer began her career in the financial services industry in 2014, working with leading firms such as Allstate and Farmers Insurance, where she developed expertise in agency development, financial planning, and client advisory services. She later founded and grew her own agency, focusing on delivering personalized, client-centric financial solutions.

Currently also associated with MassMutual, Jennifer works closely with clients to understand their goals and design comprehensive financial plans—covering areas such as retirement income, insurance protection, and investment strategies. Mara Feldman is a National Sales Manager at AbbVie. She is an accomplished and strategic leader with deep expertise in field sales leadership, having led and developed high-performing teams and elevated performance through complex product launches by building cultures of trust, accountability, and shared success.

Mara began her career in pharmaceutical sales before taking a nine-year career break to raise her children. She returned to the workforce in 2009 as a contract pharmaceutical sales representative and steadily advanced into sales leadership roles, expanding her impact and scope of responsibility.

Matthew Temple is the Senior Director of Alumni Career & Professional Development for the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he manages a team of 11 people who deliver career and executive coaching to 65,000 alumni globally. He has coached clients on a range of career issues including self-assessment, networking, resumes, interviewing, negotiating, and starting/buying a business. Matthew has presented hundreds of career workshops in Brazil, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Singapore, the United Kingdom and the United States. He has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, The Times of London, and the Chicago Tribune. Matthew has worked as a Career Coach with Harvard Business School and the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Matthew has coached senior executives as well as emerging leaders in high potential and leadership development programs. Hello my fellow relaunchers! Thinking back to 2002 when I first took time off (7 years) after the birth of my second child, I had no idea where I would be 20 years later. Fast forward to now, I am so glad to have zig-zagged my way to career coaching and look forward to sharing some of my experiences with you.

I started out with a fairly linear career path by completing my computer science degree and then working at IBM in sales. After receiving an MBA, I worked for Monsanto developing business in China, and then for a Silicon Valley life science startup opening up channels in major Asian markets. My career path seemed pretty obvious during that phase of my career. When I re-entered the job market after my time off, there were definitely many false starts and career detours that led nowhere. In hindsight, I wish I had the iRelaunch roadmap to make sense of the ambiguity I faced. Upon reflection, I appreciated having had time for some trial and error and for immersing myself in the community building at our local school.

When I did find my way back as a paid professional, I discovered that learning and teaching were my best strengths. First, becoming an adjunct at UCSD led me to coaching and mentoring STEM founders and professionals. Then leveraging that experience in online learning, I became a facilitator for HBS Publishing for their global management training programs.

Even though I have thoroughly enjoyed the many impacts I have had as a teacher and mentor, I realize that the 1:1 interaction from coaching has been the most rewarding. In becoming certified as a “First 90 Days” (the onboarding best-seller) transition coach, I have been helping many Fortune 500 (including Nike, Google and Qualcomm) leaders acclimate to their new roles as they get promoted to enterprise leadership.

From my experiences, I know that building and belonging to a community is the most important lesson I have learned. I look forward to sharing what I have learned from my own journey with you as well as experiences I have picked up along the way from the classroom to the boardroom.

Tami Forman is the Executive Director of Women Back to Work, a program that enables employers to access a pool of highly qualified and skilled professionals who are not typically available through traditional channels.The WBW program is powered by Akraya, a premier IT and tech staffing firm. Prior to WBW, Tami founded Path Forward, a nonprofit organization that worked with employers to create systematic pathways that empower women to return to paid work. During her 7 years at Path Forward, Tami and her team launched return to work programs with more than 100 companies, including PayPal, Apple, Netflix, SAP, Walmart, and Pepsi.She is an expert on gender equity, talent planning, professional development, and women’s participation in the paid labor market.
