Greetings! My name is Shalini, and I reside in Gurgaon, India.
Being a part of iRelaunch fills me with excitement and enthusiasm. It offers a unique opportunity to explore new avenues and contribute to the growth and well-being of individuals and communities. This endeavor brings me immense personal satisfaction, and I am truly grateful for the chance to be a part of it.
In October 2022, I joined the iRelaunch team as a Project Manager-Talent Analytics. It has been a rewarding experience for me to analyze and interpret our talent data, providing valuable insights and recommendations to facilitate effective decision-making.
As a Relauncher myself, I have successfully relaunched my career not once, but four times. Prior to joining iRelaunch, I dedicated over 25 years of my professional life to the field of education. During this time, I passionately taught Computer Science to secondary and senior secondary school students in various educational institutions across North India.
The role of an educator remains deeply ingrained in my heart.
I strongly believe in embracing the joie-de-vivre and living life to the fullest. One of my greatest joys is traveling and discovering new places, allowing me to expand my horizons.
