IRELAUNCH AND BRAZEN LEGAL TERMS AND NOTICES AND PRIVACY POLICIES
By registering and creating your account and profile for an iRelaunch Virtual Return to Work Conference (“Conference”) and/or any other iRelaunch virtual event held on the Brazen virtual event platform (“Non-Conference Event”; such Conferences and Non-Conference Events referred to in these policies collectively as an “Event” or “Events”), you are accepting and agreeing to iRelaunch’s Legal Terms and Notices and Privacy Policy and Brazen’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
VIRTUAL EVENTS AND BRAZEN PLATFORM
By registering for an Event, you acknowledge and agree that (1) for an Event with an initial registration on the iRelaunch website, whether with or without a registration fee payable through the iRelaunch website, including an Event for which you use a coupon code discounting registration fully or partially: after paying for or processing your registration through the iRelaunch website, you will be directed to the Brazen virtual event platform where you must create your account and your full profile, and register for each day if it is a multi-day Event, in order to complete your Event registration and be admitted to the Event, (2) for an Event with no registration or processing on the iRelaunch website: you must create your account and your full profile on the Brazen virtual event platform, and register for each day if it is a multi-day Event, in order to complete your Event registration and be admitted to the Event, (3) each Event will be conducted entirely online on the Brazen platform and will not have any in-person components presented by iRelaunch, (4) iRelaunch may at its sole option make certain digital materials and resources available to you as part of your Event registration through the Brazen platform, the iRelaunch website, iRelaunch email, Zoom, or another online delivery method or platform, (5) networking conversations, if any, at each Event will be text-based with the possibility that representatives may invite you to audio and/or video chat, but you may opt to continue with text-based chat, (6) you are entirely responsible for ensuring that you have a suitable and fully operational internet-connected device and internet connection to support your Event attendance and access to Event and Event-related materials and resources, (7) iRelaunch and its Event sponsors and lead university partners do not own or control the Brazen platform and its various features and disclaim any and all responsibility and liability regarding the same, and (8) iRelaunch will make information available to all Event registrants in advance of each Event about how to navigate the virtual Event, including information about accessibility.
iRELAUNCH MAILING LIST; BRAZEN EMAILS
By registering for an Event, you will automatically be added to the iRelaunch mailing list to receive our newsletters and other relevant information for people returning to work after a career break. These communications will give you the option to opt out at any time.
Inputs into the Brazen account registration and profile creation forms as well as some emails will be processed or generated by Brazen. Please add notifications@brazen.com to your contacts list to make sure you receive those important emails.
iRELAUNCH JOB BOARD
By registering for an Event, you will automatically be added to the iRelaunch Job Board. You will receive a notification from the iRelaunch Job Board with a temporary password you can keep or change at your option. You also have the option to delete your registration from the Job Board.
iRELAUNCH RETURN TO WORK ROADMAP
As a Conference registrant, you may receive free access to the iRelaunch Return to Work Roadmap. Roadmap is a comprehensive online career re-entry workbook, designed by iRelaunch to give you step-by-step support as you prepare to return to work. If iRelaunch provides you with such free access to Roadmap, then the account you create on the iRelaunch website to register and pay for the Conference will allow you to access Roadmap in “Your Library.”
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a credit or substitution if you have previously purchased or obtained the Roadmap.
SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
iRelaunch collects certain information from you when you register for a Conference or Non-Conference Event and will share such information only as follows consistent with our Legal Terms and Notices and Privacy Policy and Brazen’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
~WITH CONFERENCE SPONSORS AND LEAD UNIVERSITY PARTNERS. By registering for a Conference, you acknowledge that (1) our Conference sponsors will view, download, receive selected information about you (“Your Conference Information”) (2) Your Conference Information will also be archived on the Brazen platform for at least 6 months after the Conference date and during that time will be retrievable by iRelaunch and by each Conference sponsor or educational institution that has a Conference chat booth; (3) if you visit a Conference chat booth of any kind and chat with a representative in the booth, then Your Conference Information will be visible to the representative you are chatting with and, together with the full text of your chat and the date, time, and length of your chat, will be archived in the booth on the Brazen platform for at least 6 months after the Conference date and will be shared with and/or retrievable by the sponsor or educational institution running that booth; and (4) if you visit a Conference chat booth of any kind without chatting with a representative in the booth, then the sponsor or educational institution running that booth will be notified of the date and time of your visit and such booth visit information will be archived in the booth on the Brazen platform for at least 6 months after the Conference date and will be shared with and/or retrievable by the sponsor or educational institution running that booth.
~WITH YOUR ALMA MATER(S). By registering for a Conference, you acknowledge that iRelaunch may share the following information about you with your alma mater(s): name, email address and degree(s).
~WITH SPONSORS OF NON-CONFERENCE EVENTS. By registering for a Non-Conference Event, you acknowledge that (1) our Non-Conference Event sponsor(s) will view, download, receive, and/or be sent selected information about you that you have provided in the Non-Conference Event registration process (“Your Non-Conference Event Information”); (2) Your Non-Conference Event Information will also be archived on the Brazen platform for at least 6 months after the Non-Conference Event date and during that time will be retrievable by iRelaunch and by each Non-Conference Event sponsor that has a chat booth; (3) if you visit a Non-Conference Event chat booth of any kind and chat with a representative in the booth, then Your Non-Conference Event Information will be visible to the representative you are chatting with and, together with the full text of your chat and the date, time, and length of your chat, will be archived in the booth on the Brazen platform for at least 6 months after the Non-Conference Event date and will be shared with and/or retrievable by the sponsor running that booth; and (4) if you visit a Non-Conference Event chat booth of any kind without chatting with a representative in the booth, then the sponsor running that booth will be notified of the date and time of your visit and such booth visit information will be archived in the booth on the Brazen platform for at least 6 months after the Non-Conference Event date and will be shared with and/or retrievable by the sponsor running that booth.
NOTE: We are not able to retrieve Your Conference Information or Your Non-Conference Event Information from any Event sponsor or lead university partner or your alma mater(s) once we have sent such information to them or once they have viewed or downloaded such information, even if you subsequently choose to cancel your Event registration. You have the option of asking Brazen to delete your Brazen account, but deleting your account will not retrieve Your Conference Information or Your Non-Conference Event Information from iRelaunch or from any Event sponsor or lead university partner or your alma mater(s).

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR AN EVENT WITH A REGISTRATION FEE PAYABLE THROUGH THE IRELAUNCH WEBSITE
If you must cancel, iRelaunch will refund your Event registration less a $10 non-refundable cancellation fee, if we receive your written cancellation at info@irelaunch.com by 11:59pm ET on the date that is one week before the Event date. After that time, we are unable to refund your registration.
CONFERENCE AND EVENT DECORUM
To protect the integrity of its Conferences and events and the comfort of its sponsors, speakers, partners and registrants, iRelaunch reserves the right, in its sole judgment and discretion, to cancel the registration of and/or remove from any Conference or event any person whose behavior, whether past or present, iRelaunch deems to be disruptive, deceptive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate in any way. iRelaunch will not issue a refund for any registration fee in such circumstances and disclaims any liability whatsoever to any person so removed.
