If you must cancel, we will refund your registration, less a $35 non-refundable cancellation fee, if we receive your written cancellation at firstname.lastname@example.org by 11:59pm PT on Saturday, March 31, 2018. After that time we are unfortunately unable to refund your Conference fee. Please make your own childcare arrangements; we are not able to accommodate children at this event.
Sponsors will be sent the following information for recruiting and career change resource purposes only: name, email address, and city and state, industry, job function(s), years of experience, education level (highest degree earned), previous companies and university(ies). Additionally, we will be sharing registrant name,alma mater(s) and possibly email address with our host campus and other universities A photographer and videographer may be taking pictures and filming at the event. By registering, you agree to be photographed or videotaped. Photos and videotape from the Conference may be used for promotional purposes, however no one will be identified in any photos or videos without their express, written consent.
By registering for this Conference you are automatically added to the iRelaunch mailing list to receive our monthly newsletters and other relevant information for people returning to work after a career break. Important Note: If you choose not to join our mailing list or you unsubscribe before the iRelaunch Conference, you will not receive Conference confirmations, logistics information, employer sponsor descriptions, follow-up surveys or the Conference attendee list.
Following the Conference, we will be distributing a participant list including the names, emails, city and state of all registrants for individual networking purposes, as well as the name and email of most sponsor attendees. You will have an opportunity to "opt out" on the Conference registration form. If you opt not to be included, you will not receive a copy of the list.
