Meredith Aydelotte Headshot

Meredith Aydelotte

Facebook's Return to Work Program Manager

Meredith Aydelotte leads Facebook’s Return to Work Program (RTW). Her responsibilities include overseeing the program’s expansion globally and across business areas. Based in North America, she also drives onboarding support teams in the Europe and Asia Pacific regions. In addition to RTW, Meredith is responsible for improving the remote experience for new hires to the Infrastructure Foundation organization. Prior to Facebook, Meredith operated as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for various companies in the hospitality and technology industries. Focus areas include development of internship programs, performance evaluation management, compensation system analysis, and manager training. After nine years in the field, Meredith stepped away from the corporate world to start her family. During her over five year career break, Meredith indulged her passion for health and wellness and became a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and nutrition coach. This allowed her to flex her other skill sets: fostering trusting relationships, motivating clients to achieve their goals, and guiding clients toward reaching a healthy mindset. When she was ready to return to the corporate workforce, Meredith encountered the many barriers facing those with a career break. Joining Facebook as an RTW Program participant allowed Meredith to develop insights from a participant perspective. Coupling those insights with her HRBP experience, Meredith has structure Facebook’s RTW program to ensure positive outcomes on behalf of both the Returners and the businesses they join.
