Tami Rosen, Chief People Officer, HR Leader, Advisor

Tami Rosen is a senior human resource executive who makes the HR function an engine for performance and innovation. Drawing on her extensive leadership experience, Tami balances a strategic and analytics-driven approach with a deep understanding of human behavior. She has led HR organizations serving over 10,000 global employees and instituted many organizational "firsts" that led to highly skilled and diverse workforces. 
Tami served most recently as the first VP of People at Quora, an internet company. Prior to that, Tami was a Senior Director in Apple's HR department and a faculty member at Apple University. Before Apple, Tami spent 16+ years at Goldman Sachs, advancing from technical recruiter and HR generalist to lead the HR organizations for three of the firm's largest divisions. In global, regional and functional roles, she provided the strategic leadership to transform HR into a strategic business asset and instill excellence into HR agenda. She advocated for and engaged employees through initiatives that embraced the inclusion and development of women, LGBT, and diverse populations. She developed leaders and rising stars and set employees on career roadmaps designed to bring out their full potential.
Tami currently resides in the Los Altos with her family and commits time to advisory roles for several startup ventures and to social good. She earned a B.A. degree from Binghamton University.
