Multi-company initiatives in Financial Planning and with AARP

In partnership with iRelaunch, The CFP Board Center for Financial Planning created the Financial Planner Reentry Initiative (FPRI) in 2018 to connect firms in the financial planning sector with experienced professionals seeking to reenter the workforce after a career break. In 2019, seven additional firms joined the Initiative, including Vanguard, Ayco,  TD Ameritrade and Northwestern Mutual. This two year initiative has now ended, establishing blueprints for return to work programs in the financial planning profession. The white paper published after the first year of the FPRI is here.
