Why partner with iRelaunch?

Pioneers, thought leaders and change agents in the global career reentry space

We are the pioneering company in the career reentry space and have been working on return to work programs for nearly 20 years...

...even before iRelaunch was officially founded as a company. We have worked with employers and relaunchers through two recessions and in every conceivable return to work scenario. Over 200 clients have engaged us across our consulting, conference and events businesses (not counting the employers who have posted on our job board). Some are tiptoeing in and trying a one-time offering to learn about the relauncher talent pool. Our intensive, repeat relationships are through our partnerships with a core group of over 80 leading organizations.

We are in the unique position of being able to work closely with three important constituencies:

Icon partner sponsor

looking to hire qualified relaunchers

Icon crowd

looking to return to rewarding careers

Colleges and universities

looking to connect their relaunching
alumni with top tools, resources
and employment opportunities

Roundabout with green grass uniquely positioned to bring together our audiences
Bring together people for meeting of the minds

We bring together our employer community regularly to discuss innovations and best practices in career reentry programming. Over the last five years, we brought our employer community together multiple times both in person and virtually. Each time, these gatherings attracted more and more employers. After our plans for a 2020 Employer Summit were canceled due to Covid, we decided to hold our Employer Summit virtually moving forward. The Employer Summit is a private, closed event exclusively for employers that: a) are contemplating a future return to work program, b) have piloted a program and are early in the process of building one, and c) run later stage, more mature programs that are expanding globally and are constantly looking to improve.

We have produced ourselves or presented in over 800 career reentry events since inception for over 70,000 attendees. Our flagship event, the iRelaunch Return to Work Conference, has run 29 times since 2008 and drawn over 10,000 attendees. Our most recent Return to Work Conference had over 1,000 relaunchers attending and 15 employer sponsors there to recruit them, 14 of which were running formal return to work programs. Because the conference was virtual, relaunchers located anywhere in the country could attend and employers recruiting anywhere in the country could sponsor and recruit at the event. We even had a few international attendees!

Around the world globe sphere network

We work directly with relaunchers worldwide. Our global consulting work with employers developing return to work programs enables us to work with and understand first hand, the issues faced by relaunchers around the world (which are remarkably similar despite the geographic location)!
