An iRelaunch Coaching Circle Success Story
Stacy, an attorney who had quit her high-intensity job as a litigator after the birth of her son, wanted to return to work in a job that would be more fun and more flexible. After participating in iRelaunch Coaching Circle A, Stacy realized she had lots of skills that would make her successful in business. Within a few months, she found a job as COO of Socialight, a software development company that provides a platform for communities to form and interact around location-based content and media relevant to the community's interests. She works three days in the office, allowing her to spend more time with her young son. “My participation in iRelaunch's Relaunch Circles program helped me define my career goals and take my next career step with confidence!"

What is an iRelaunch Coaching Circle?
- 4 weekly sessions approximately 1.5 to 2 hours long
- Led by a trained career coach
- Small, supportive peer group (4-8 participants)
- Curriculum based on Back on the Career Track
- Co-developed with Amy Gleklen, Wharton-recommended career coach
- Ongoing group interaction available
An iRelaunch Coaching Circle is a series of four weekly workshops led by a career coach that's one part learning, one part coaching and one part networking for women and men seeking to relaunch their careers. The Circle A series focuses on Career Assessment and the Circle B series focuses on Job Search Tactics.
Our iRelaunch Coaching Circles are offered both in-person and virtually. Virtual "meetings" are conducted by conference call and online. Each Virtual iRelaunch Coaching Circle is open to a small group of participants from anywhere in the US who "meet" by phone and online for four weekly 1.5 to 2 hour sessions. ("Meetings" are generally scheduled from 12-1:30 pm EST to accommodate those in all time zones.) Before, during and after sessions, participants will use a private, secure Ning group site to post information about themselves, review homework assignments, engage in exercises and exchange ideas. The Ning group site is very user-friendly. Additionally, we will provide instructions on how to use the Ning group site, as well as dedicated conference-call time for troubleshooting. Becoming comfortable using social networks is part of the relaunch process. The experience you get with building your profile on Ning as part of the Virtual iRelaunch Coaching Circle is an added benefit of participating.
In-person circles are held in larger metropolitan areas where participants can easily meet at one of our host sites.
We have a team of excellent coaches who facilitate Circles throughout the country (and in London). Please visit our Coaches page for bios.
Our next Circle, In-Person Circle B, will be held in Denver, Colorado in the fall of 2013, and will be led by Julie Holunga. Please read Julie's full bio here.

What are the Benefits?
Research shows that job seekers who join a job search group find work in 20-50% less time than those who do not. iRelaunch Circles are job search groups specifically designed for those who have been out of the workforce for an extended period, generally due to family responsibilities or personal health issues.
Cost of an iRelaunch Coaching Circle:
- The four upcoming Denver In-Person Circle "B" Classes are $395 (eight hours of meeting time).
- Compare to $1600, the minimum cost of a comparable amount of private coaching.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
- PLEASE NOTE: PAYMENTS FOR iRELAUNCH COACHING CIRCLES ARE REFUNDABLE UNTIL TEN CALENDAR DAYS PRIOR TO THE FIRST SESSION, but cannot be refunded after that point. Thank you for your understanding.
