An iRelaunch Coaching Circle Success Story

What is an iRelaunch Coaching Circle?
- 4 weekly sessions approximately 1.5 to 2 hours long

- Small, supportive peer group (4-8 participants)

- Co-developed with Amy Gleklen, Wharton-recommended career coach
- Ongoing group interaction available
An iRelaunch Coaching Circle is a series of four weekly workshops led by a career coach that's one part learning, one part coaching and one part networking for women and men seeking to relaunch their careers. The Circle A series focuses on Career Assessment and the Circle B series focuses on Job Search Tactics.
All of our iRelaunch Coaching Circles are now run virtually. The "meetings" are conducted by conference call and online. Each Virtual iRelaunch Coaching Circle is open to a small group of participants from anywhere in the US who "meet" by phone and online for four weekly 1.5 to 2 hour sessions. ("Meetings" are generally scheduled from 12-1:30 pm EST to accommodate those in all time zones.) Before, during and after sessions, participants will use a private, secure Ning group site to post information about themselves, review homework assignments, engage in exercises and exchange ideas. The Ning group site is very user-friendly. Additionally, we will provide instructions on how to use the Ning group site, as well as dedicated conference call time for troubleshooting. Becoming comfortable using social networks is part of the relaunch process. The experience you get with building your profile on Ning as part of the Virtual iRelaunch Coaching Circle is an added benefit of participating.
Who Coaches?
Amy Gleklen, ACC, MBA, MS, Coaching Director
Amy is a certified leadership coach specializing in career and leadership coaching and founder of Next Game Plan. Amy's passion is working with people to help them discover their unique next game plan, whether in a new career or moving to the next level of leadership. She created a career exploration and transition coaching program to help get clients in their "career zone." As a leadership coach, Amy partners with clients, leveraging strengths and identifying areas for development, to help them become better and more successful managers and leaders. In addition to working with clients individually, Amy has created and leads a variety of workshops. She co-developed the iRelaunch Coaching Circles Workshop series and leads iRelaunch Virtual Coaching Circles. What are the Benefits?
Research shows that job seekers who join a job search group find work in 20-50% less time than those who do not. Relaunch Circles are job search groups specifically designed for those who have been out of the workforce for an extended period, generally due to family responsibilities or personal health issues.
Cost of an iRelaunch Coaching Circle:
- $299 for the four 1.5 - 2 hour sessions (a total of 6-8 hours of meeting time)
- Compare to $900, the minimum cost of a comparable amount of private coaching
