  Merrill Lynch and Columbia Business School Executive Education are pleased to partner to introduce Greater Returns, a new suite of programs to support women seeking to transition back to work as well as women professionals looking to accelerate their career growth and professional development.

  7 day residential career reentry program emphasizing academic updating and career planning.

• Bentley College Workshop Series - M.O.M: More Opportunities For Mom - Helping Women Professionally Refocus, Reinvent, Reconnect

• University College at Fairfield University "Comeback Moms": Half day free seminar led by Edna Farace Wilson, Ed.D., dean of University College.

• Pace Law School/Westchester Women’s Bar Assn, New Directions: Practical Skills for Returning to Law Practice Reentry Program: – Initially focused on family and matrimonial law, but will expand. Participants earn two years of CLE credits. $9000 tuition; $4500 for early registration, financial aid available. One week “boot camp” followed by three months of classes twice a week, and then ten week legal internship 15 hours per week.

• UC Berkeley Haas School of Business: Re-entering the Business World -- Positioning Yourself Successfully. Practical advice on how to re-enter the business world once you have stepped out.

• Harvard Business School, Boston, MA - “A New Path: Setting New Professional Directions” (five day residential re-entry program) and “Charting Your Course: Discovering Working Options” (two day non-residential career transition “assessment” seminar).

• Hastings College of the Law, Center for Work Life Law, UCSF - Project for Attorney Retention: Opting Back in and Forging Ahead

• Massachusetts Institute of Technology Mid-Career Acceleration Program

• Wharton School of Business Career Comeback: A UBS Fellowship Program at Wharton for Professional Women Reentering the Workforce

• Stanford Graduate School of Business: What's Next - A Career Re-Entry and Development Series - The What's Next career transition series is designed for GSB alumnae and spouses of alumni who want to explore next steps after taking time off from their careers.

• Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, Hanover, NH - “Back in Business: Invest in Your Return” Eleven (residential) days over four alternating weekends in Hanover and New York City. MBA or MBA equivalent work experience required.

• Wellesley College Shifting Gears: Women in Career Transition program for alumna on career break.

• Xavier University: Back to Business. The three-week course is designed to help women who hold master’s degrees or equivalent work experience, and who have been out of the workforce for three to 10 years, brush up on their skills and land high-level jobs.
