"I always knew I wanted to return to work after I had my son, so when I came across 'Back on the Career Track’ I thought I’d read it so that I’d be prepared when the time came. Then we moved to San Francisco due to my husband’s job and I participated in an iRelaunch Circle A to help me focus on what I wanted to do next. Going through the Circle exercises inspired me to take a chance and write a book that I’ve always wanted to write.  Through networking, I met a small publisher who helped me get my book out into the world, which ended up reaching #5 on Amazon Bestseller’s list.   We then moved to the Washington DC area, once again due to my husband’s job. This time I worked with one of iRelaunch’s career coaches to better understand myself and my values, and to develop a plan on what I want to do next in life. My 'return to work' experience has taught me that developing my career is more of a journey -   that the next position or endeavor I pursue may  be  a step that leads me to my next opportunity – and to be open to that process."
